About Tveita Gardsmat
Tveita Gardsmat is located in Gulen municipality, 12 km from the municipal centre Eivindvik, and about a 2 hour drive to Bergen city centre. On the farm we have both villsau (old Norwegian sheep breed) and a varied berry production. The berry varieties grown are: raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, gooseberries, honeyberries, aronia and sea buckthorn. We sell the berries directly to customers from the farm shop, at Bondens Marked (farmers' market) and via the REKO ring (a local food buying network). Whatever is not sold is used to make cordial and jam. We have a farm shop that is open every day from 09:00 to 21:00, and the shop is self-service so that you can shop when it suits you best. Every Sunday and Thursday we offer dinner service from 14:00 to 18:00, with homemade dishes based on local ingredients.
