What is Tuni, and why was it started?
Tuni is a national guide to Norwegian farm shops. We bring farm shops and local producers together in one place, in a list and on a map, so you can easily find local food and fresh produce straight from the producer, with no middlemen.
The reason is simple: many of Norway's best farm shops are surprisingly hard to find. Some are not on Google Maps, others have little information online. At the same time, Norwegian farmers and small-scale producers make wonderful products that deserve to be discovered by more people. That is why Tuni exists.
The name Tuni is inspired by the tun, the farmyard where people have met, traded and shared stories for generations. We want Tuni to be the digital path to these meeting places.
What is Tuni+?
Tuni+ is a subscription for farm owners who want to get more out of their listing. Where a standard listing shows the basics, Tuni+ adds extra tools for becoming more visible and telling the story behind the farm.
Tuni+ includes, among other things, a highlighted listing higher up in the list, in search and on the map, the option to add the products you sell and time-limited seasonal offers, visitor statistics, replies to reviews, a larger photo gallery and search engine optimisation (SEO).

Is Tuni free for farm owners?
Yes. It is free to have your farm shop on Tuni. Being listed, registering ownership and keeping the basic information up to date costs nothing. You never pay to be visible on Tuni.
The difference between Tuni and Tuni+: Tuni is the free basic listing with name, location, categories, opening hours and a photo gallery of up to 5 photos. Tuni+ is an optional paid subscription that adds extra features such as a highlighted position, products, seasonal offers, visitor statistics, replies to reviews, search engine optimisation and a larger photo gallery of up to 50 photos.
In short: the basic listing is and will remain free. Tuni+ is an add-on for those who want more visibility and more tools.
How do I add my farm shop to Tuni?
If you have a farm shop that is not on Tuni yet, you can tell us about it. Fill in some information about the shop, and the Tuni editorial team will assess the listing and publish it after a manual quality check.
Is your farm shop already listed, and are you the owner? Then you can register ownership to take over the listing and keep it up to date yourself.
Every listing is reviewed by hand by the Tuni editorial team before it is published, so that people can rely on what they find.
