Øvre Dale Gård is an organic farm in Nordhordland with its own processing and a clear focus on quality, animal welfare and craftsmanship. Here we produce spekemat (cured meats) from lamb and venison, based on our own animals and raw materials, and with time, calm and precision as the most important ingredients. Øvre Dale Marked – our farm shop and meeting place for visitors. Here you can buy our own products, experience the flavour where it is created, and gain insight into how modern farming, processing and traditional craftsmanship fit together. The farm is also actively used for outreach and experiences, with tastings, storytelling, open days and smaller events. Øvre Dale Gård is a place for those who want genuine food experiences, closeness to the production and an understanding of the value of local food culture.
