About Aga sideri
At Aga Sideri we work with respect for the traditions and the raw ingredients that have shaped Hardanger through traditions. Joar and his team are passionate about giving you a good experience, whether you are visiting the farm or drinking one of our products. Aga sideri produces 4 different types of cider; Lagmann, Bøddel, Humlepung, Humlepung Rosè. We also produce an alcohol-free cider; Humlesus. All of these are available at Vinmonopolet, as well as in our farm shop. In the farm shop we also have apple juice in different varieties. In the period June-September we hold daily cider tastings. We also take drop-in guests and have a licence to serve alcohol in our tasting room. See our website for more information. Opening hours farm shop: low season (September - April) 10-15. High season (May - August) 10-17.
