About Lofthus sideri AS
CIDER - Lofthus sideri makes four types of cider, Gaum, Drøs, Fjåg and Kvelve. All are made from single apple varieties and are off-dry and dry types. JUICE - Kvelve juice is 100% pure apple juice. All the pressing apples are picked directly from the trees, and are pressed and pasteurised right after harvesting. We make juice from single apple varieties. FARM SHOP - We sell cider and juice from the farmyard at Eidnes. Our shop lies among fruit trees and the farmyard at the end of Dronningstien and can offer ice-cold apple juice as the perfect end to the walk. In the summer season the farm shop is open Monday to Friday 08.00 to 20.00 and Saturday 09.00 to 18.00. Outside the season it may be wise to ring in advance. We welcome groups/tastings by appointment.
