About Toddum Gårdsysteri
In the autumn of 2023 we therefore built a state-of-the-art cheese dairy, right next door to our dairy cows. Here our own, unique raw material is given new uses. Our milk becomes fresh mozzarella that is sold across large parts of Norway. Our little big farm shop holds not only our own produce, but also a wide selection of world-class locally produced food. We are incredibly proud of all the good things we have to offer here. From field to table with fantastic Norwegian milk, dedicated staff, animals that feel safe and a new farm cheese dairy, we make world-class Norwegian mozzarella. Our farm shop has local goods from all over the country, but mainly produce from Trøndelag. Here you can find matured cheeses, apple juice from inderøy mosteri, cured ham from Hommelstad, spekemat (cured meats) from ask, flour from Holli mølle and Den sorte havre, Rakfisk (fermented trout), Grævfisk (fermented fish), pekkabrød (stone-oven flatbread), hamburger buns etc. from Liverten, Bagst (baked goods) from Gudny from Bonhaug, matured cheese from Litjvea, Fæby chips and farm pizza, Lillelunden gårdskjøkken with their ready meals and lovely farm pizza, chocolate and sweets from Jentene på tunet, Fru Nelik and Bjørka, honey from Buzz, Organic rapeseed oil from Ro, eggs from Sæternes gård, potatoes and carrots from Ranum Gård, meat from Dun Gård and Langmyr slakt, Gomme (traditional sweet milk curd) and Prim (sweet whey spread) from Tverås, spices, handicrafts, books etc.
