Out at the edge of the Trøndelag coast where mountains meet the sea, where grazing animals share the forest and grass with elk, red deer and roe deer, there you will find Nordmeland Gårdshotell. Based on raw ingredients from Nordmeland Gård's own resources, meals are prepared where the ingredients' journey from field and cowshed, from forest, mountain, river and sea, is a short one before they are on the plate. Here we host game evenings, seafood banquets, wine tastings and much else of interest throughout the year. On weekdays the dish of the day is offered, and in addition there is an à la carte menu with lunch and dinner dishes. Restaurant with room for 60 guests Every Sunday there is a large buffet with a generous selection of hot dishes, cold dishes, desserts and cakes. If you would like a full evening, the ultimate experience is a 3, 4 or 5-course banquet menu. Here the head chef puts together a menu from the best ingredients available, preferably seasonal ones, for a flavourful meal. We are happy to put together a complete taste experience for you, with drinks from far and near. We bring in beer, lemonades, juice and kombucha from our good colleagues around Trøndelag.
