About Gardsbakeriet Hæmstelt
Hæmstelt is located right by county road 65 as you drive through Rindal. We are seeing a steady increase in the number of customers dropping by. Many are clearly tempted by Martin's baked goods. The highlight for the baker was being given the title Årets Askeladd in 2020, an award handed out by Norges Bondelag and Landkreditt Bank The production itself takes place in what used to be the potato cellar in the trønderlån (traditional Trøndelag farmhouse). Here you get yeast-baked goods made with time and care, gently handled and completely without artificial additives. We use milk from the farm's cows in the sweet baking. Our farm shop is in a small old shed. Nothing grand, but it certainly has its charm. It holds more baked goods than you can imagine! During the summer of 2025 a new shed will also be put up which will be open around the clock, selling baked goods from the freezer and other products. Do drop in and see us!
