About Midtstraum Gård
Midstraum Gård is run by Silje and Nicholai, who bought and took over the running of the farm in January 2025. Midstraum Gård produces eggs and has 7500 hens, which lay fresh eggs every single day. The hens roam freely and eat feed based on raw materials from nature. Next door to the hen house is a cosy farm shop where you can buy fresh eggs and other local products. Midstraum Gård wants to provide locally sourced eggs of high quality for all its customers.
