About Saura
We are 2 friends who started out planting potatoes for ourselves and for people we know, and it turned out that locally produced food is in enormous demand. Now we have 15 decares of potatoes, nansen, mandel and carrots. We still cannot cover the demand. We are now trying to become more professional in terms of production, packing, storage and sales. We both work full time alongside this production, but we think it is great fun and inspiring that people are turning to local food in such numbers
