About Lingebakken
Lingebakken is the outermost farm in the hamlet of Linge in Valldal. There are few places further north in the world with commercial fruit growing. Because of the Gulf Stream and the mild climate in this south-facing hamlet, conditions are just right for fruit here. Our farm shop is mostly open every day between July and October, as long as we have something to sell. In addition to apple juice and cider we have sweet cherries in July, in August the plums begin, and in September–October it is apples and pears. The rest of the year it is self-service with sales of apple juice, and cider by appointment. Just get in touch with Elida, and most things can be arranged.
