About Tyinlam
Tyinlam is based at the mountain farm Sveji in Øye in Vang, at the entrance to Jotunheimen. Here the family keeps sheep that graze freely in the high mountains around Tyin, and processes its own raw ingredients into local food with clear roots in the mountain village. From the farm they sell, among other things, fresh lamb, pinnekjøtt (salted, dried lamb ribs) and fenalår (cured leg of lamb), as well as fresh eggs from the farm's hens. Tyinlam also welcomes visitors who want to get to know the farm, the animals and life on the mountain farm better.
