About Jotunheim Fisk
Jotunheim Fisk is based at Eggen gård in Espedalen, where Linda and Lars Eggen catch and process wild fish from clear mountain lakes by Jotunheimen. Here they produce, among other things, hot-smoked and cured whitefish, trout and Arctic char, rakfisk (fermented trout), whitefish caviar and other fish products using traditional methods. The products can be bought directly from the farm by appointment, and the selection varies through the season.
