About Ødhumbla gardsmjølk
Ødhumbla is based at Uppigard Skoe in Vinstra and sells farm milk directly from the farm. The milk comes from the farm's own cows and is low-pasteurised and not homogenised, so a layer of cream naturally settles on top. In the self-service milk hut, open around the clock, you can drop by and buy milk from the drop-in fridge, while regular customers can also collect reserved bottles and subscriptions. Ødhumbla operates on a small scale with a focus on seter (summer mountain farm) farming, local resources and traditional milk production, and was named Årets Lokalmatgründer (Local Food Entrepreneur of the Year) in 2025.
