About Ølmheim siderhage
Norway has fantastic apples, and we want to share their flavour with you. In the cider garden at Ølmheim we press and bottle and ferment and mature. And finally it is served. The farm has been in our family for well over 300 years. We have always had fruit, but now it is also served in a bottle. We make modern, natural and dry cider. The cider is made the slow way, so that it has plenty of time to develop natural bubbles and maturing aromas. We add nothing but yeast to our ciders, the apples speak for themselves!
