The cheese dairy is located in Bryggerhuset, which was built in 2015 where the main house of what was once Bruk 3 at Vermelid stood. Rosenli Gård is "the little farm with the big heart", only 4 min from the E-18 exit.(Sem) The cheese dairy and the micro dairy - offer a range of organic dairy products such as low-temperature pasteurised TønsbergMelk, FærderFløte, TjømeRømme, SemSmør and FetaRe, Tjukka (tjukkmelk, soured thick milk) The bakery is a sourdough bakery - best for the gut, with country loaf and rye bread. In the farm café we have 2 tables with room for 8, outside we have a terrace with room for 25 people (some of it under cover) The barn has room for 30 and the ornamental garden the same. Here we offer baked goods, home-baked and a lot of it organic of course. We also sell Eggs, Honey and Jarlsberg meat from the farm; we have now changed from private home slaughter for the family on the farm to delivery to Siljan Hjort, which we find a bit tough as we like the animals to be safe and at home in their familiar surroundings when life comes to an end. But we will be there to keep them safe all the way. On the farm we also have organic skincare products for sale, and we are working on the lady of the house getting Velværelåven, formerly Tønsberg velværesenter, up and running again for organic treatments. On the farm there is also a vegetable garden, a herb garden and some fruit and berries for pick your own days. In Rosangeriet (the orangery) olives and figs grow, there are three tables and seats for 18, we also have a lovely ornamental garden with ornamental plants, resting places, a mini pond, ornamental hens and a pergola for an afternoon tea. Besides our dear cows Snørosa, Solstråle, Solveig and Sigrid we have 21 hens, 4 peacocks, 2 rabbits, 3 goats, 9 cats, 2 dogs and 8 horses/ponies and one donkey. The area with the animals is called Tunjentas verden, as it is our dear daughter, who came with the stork and who is now an agronomist and loves her area, "Tunjentas Verden". We are well set up for children and animals with camps and activities all year round. We also offer private riding lessons with "Tunjenta". We also have 2 mini carousels for the smallest children. We can offer accommodation on Airbnb in Bryggerhuset, two family rooms and in time SFOhytta (the after-school club cabin) in the ornamental garden when it is not in use.
