Welcome to Krokeborg Gård, a family-run farm in the heart of Undrumsdal. Here Karin and Bjørnar Langaas are passionate about sustainable and climate-friendly farming with a strong focus on good animal welfare. As food producers, they put honesty and quality first, so that you always know exactly where your food comes from. The farm is especially known for its organic eggs. The hens have large outdoor areas to roam in, which gives eggs with extra good flavour and colour. The eggs are of course certified by Debio (Norwegian organic certification body), so that you as a customer can be confident that the production works with nature. In the cosy farm shop you will find a wide selection of our own products. We offer lamb in many varieties, everything from tenderloin and sirloin to traditional cuts. You can also get soft lambskins in various colours or our popular homemade caramel pudding in season. We are also one of the very few producers in Norway who grow quinoa, a very nutritious and healthy seed that is delicious in salads, baked goods and as a replacement for rice, and it is gluten free. Our shop is self-service and open from 09:00 to 21:00 every single day. That makes it easy for you to buy fresh produce whenever it suits your schedule. In addition to our own products, we have a selection of local honey, bacon, burgers, sausages, potatoes and flour from skilled neighbouring farms. Whether you are a food enthusiast looking for the best ingredients or a family with children who values buying direct, you are warmly welcome to visit us. We also sell firewood in the autumn, so that you can stock up before the winter cold sets in.
