At Dalpro Gårdsmat you get red deer and villsau (old Norwegian sheep breed) that live a free life on Frøya and Hitra and graze on heather, herbs, grass, juniper, leafy scrub and seaweed all year round. The animals are slaughtered locally and handled in the right way so that the meat has the very best quality. Dalpro Gårdsmat was established in 2007 and has over the years built up good food expertise and a fantastic reputation as a supplier of quality products to private consumers, grocery shops, restaurants and hotels. We produce fantastic fenalår (cured leg of lamb), dried pinnekjøtt (salted, dried lamb ribs), hot-smoked leg of lamb, good cured sausages, venison patties, villsau shank Frøya, red deer shank and more. We also have splendid cuts of villsau lamb and red deer. Our specialists make sure that all cuts of meat are well matured and of excellent quality. Several of our products have won awards in various food competitions such as "Det norske Måltid", the Norwegian Championship for meat products in the spekemat (cured meats) category
