Welcome to "Ørnhuset", which consists of 4 cabins. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view or let nature tempt you out with a fishing rod. Large farm shop with a wide selection of farm food as well as its own art gallery. Short distance to tourist attractions in the district. Dogs/animals-not allowed. The farm lies in a scenic area, with a fantastic view from our farmyard. "A well-kept cultural landscape" is the feedback from the tourists who come here. We make a conscious effort to keep up traditions such as maintaining old stone walls. Our farming operation today is: milk production, sheep farming and honey production. Specialities: We have 4 cosy rental cabins, with 6 beds in one of the cabins spread over 4 bedrooms, 8 beds in one spread over 5 bedrooms and 2 beds in 2 of the cabins. Our cabins are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Shop: At Søyland gard we have converted a workshop into a farm food shop. A small kitchen in the shop is used as a production room. Here you will also find some handicraft products from the farm and the district. Here you can sit down and enjoy homemade baking and freshly ground Fjellkaffe or tea. Welcome to Søya and experience the atmosphere of a living farmyard. Here you can see animals such as lambs and calves, sheep and cows at pasture. The farm also has its own art gallery which is worth a visit.
