Krogedal Gårdsdrift, a small farm up in the mountains in Søredalen south of Sandnes. Cheese dairy and fresh milk🧀 Boredom and curiosity about how a good cheese like Camembert came to be were the start of a little cheese adventure:) Say hello to FjellMann -a young gouda aged for 3 months but which many find surprisingly full of flavour. At Krogedal Gård the cheese is cared for like a newborn baby. It is christened in brine, dried and coated, washed and turned every day during this ripening process. Patience, love and an experienced cheesemaker give a firm cheese that works on the breakfast table, on a cheese board or as a topping on a dinner dish -it is up to you:) We have a self-service farm shop. Here you can buy our cheese and our farm milk every day,
