About Rabben Gård
We have increased our potato production over time and will also try to get carrot production up to a scale where this can also be bought in our farm shop. We have the following potato varieties: Hassel, Mandel, Nansen and a little Gulløye. We have finished a production kitchen for processing our own meat, and in connection with this we will set up a staffed farm shop for meat sales. Here we will also try to bring in products from other local producers. We also sell whole and half carcasses in the autumn season. These are returned to us from the abattoir, not slaughtered on our farm. In our farm shop you will also find eggs, coffee from the coffee roastery at Forvik, lamb and sheepskins from our animals. In season there will also be cordial and jam made from local ingredients.
