About Sigerfjord Fisk AS
The watercourses in Vesterålen, with deep cold lakes and short river stretches to the sea, are particularly well suited to Arctic char. The fish lives part of its life in fresh water and part in salt water. We want the fish to thrive, and our unique farming method therefore takes the fish's natural life cycle into account. That is what gives Sigerfjord Ishavsrøye Vesterålen its good flavour and very high quality.
