About Moseng Gård
Moseng Gård is an organic family farm in Os in Østerdalen, right by Forollhogna national park. The farm keeps Limousin and Simmental cattle, which spend large parts of the year outdoors grazing in the mountains. In the farm shop you can buy organic beef from the farm's own herd, with a varied selection including mince, burgers, bratwurst, cured sausage, stewing meat, roasts, fillets and various steak cuts. The farm places great emphasis on animal welfare and natural feeding, and over 95 per cent of the feed consists of locally produced grass, hay and silage. Goods can be ordered in advance in the online shop and collected directly in the hut on the farm.
