About Korsviken gård
Korsviken Gård is located at Brøttum, between Lillehammer and Moelv, and is run organically and regeneratively with a focus on soil health, biodiversity and animal welfare. In the self-service farm stall you will find a varied selection from the farm, including fresh eggs from pastured hens, vegetables, herbs, fruit and berries according to the season. On selected days fresh sourdough baked goods are also sold, and the stall has processed products such as jam, cordial, spices and sauerkraut. In the vegetable season, from roughly the end of June and on through the autumn, the stall is regularly filled with fresh produce. The farm grows around 40 different edible plants and uses, among other things, crop rotation, composting and soil cover as part of the regenerative operation.
