About Biri Gårdsmeieri
Biri Gårdsmeieri is an organic farm dairy at Kluke gård in Biri. Here milk from the farm's own cows is processed into fresh dairy products with a focus on local production and the least possible treatment. In the self-service farm shop you can buy milk, chocolate milk, cream, sour cream, butter and skyr, among other things, and they also sell meat from the farm. The milk is bottled in glass bottles and is low-temperature pasteurised and non-homogenised.
