About Gulnot
Glunot is a gluten-free artisan bakery with a shop and dining in Trysil centre. The bakery was started in 2016 by the Italian chef Raimondo Arnone, known as Chef Dino, and all production takes place in 100 per cent gluten-free premises. Here they make bread, baguettes, rolls, focaccia, pizza bases, cinnamon buns, skoleboller (custard buns topped with coconut), cakes, biscuits and other gluten-free baked goods, among other things. In the shop you will find both Glunot's own products and a large selection of Italian specialities such as pasta, olive oil, pesto, sauces, risotto and coffee. You can also sit down and eat freshly baked, gluten-free pizza from a stone oven or have a cup of Italian coffee. Several of Glunot's products are also available without milk and eggs.
