About Brandbu Pølsemakeri - Brandbu
Brandbu Pølsemakeri is a traditional meat producer with its own shop in Brandbu in Hadeland. The sausage maker's was established in 1962, and a wide selection of fresh and processed meat products is made here. In the shop you can find, among other things, sausages, cured sausages, kjøttkaker (Norwegian meat patties), medisterkaker (pork patties), burgers, brawn, pâté and various cuts of meat. Production takes place next to the shop, so you can buy the products directly from the producer. Brandbu Pølsemakeri builds on long craft traditions, and several of their products have won awards in national meat competitions. The range varies through the year, with special products for the barbecue and Christmas seasons, among others.
