At Avdemsbue, which is our own local food shop and cheese café, you can taste all our products, while we also offer cheeses and local food and drink from other producers in Gudbrandsdalen and elsewhere in the country. I wanted to create something of my own, based on the family business my parents had run since 2005; Avdem Gardsysteri. Avdemsbue is a local food shop and café in Lesja, run by Avdem Gardsysteri. Here you will find the farm cheese dairy's own cheeses and dairy products, made from milk from the cows at Avdem, together with a wide selection of local food from other producers. In the tradition-rich country store you can both buy locally sourced quality products and sit down for food and drink in the café. Avdemsbue is situated right next to Avdem Gardsysteri and is the cheese dairy's own outlet, with a focus on good raw ingredients, local food culture and flavours from Lesja and Gudbrandsdalen.
