About Dyster Gård
Our animals graze on fields in Ås and are fed with grass, grain and protein crops we grow ourselves. The pigs roam freely in the forest and forage for roots. All the animals at Dyster have daily human contact. Throughout the whole production, great emphasis is placed on quality at every stage - which gives a product with very good tenderness and flavour. We are constantly working to develop our farming methods in order to create the most flavourful food, with the environment, sustainability and animal welfare at the heart of our thinking.
