About Bringebærlandet Andersen
In addition to berries and wine we sell raspberry honey and the book Bringebærlandet – smaken av norsk sommer with over a hundred recipes for all the good things you can use raspberries for. Raspberries are also well suited for making wine. Wine production started in 2016 and today we have three different types; dessert wine, ice wine and sparkling wine, as well as raspberry mead made from honey from the farm. A good balance between acidity and sweetness gives our wines a characteristic flavour, aromatic and fresh – the taste of Norwegian summer.
