At Brokkestøylen we have the "world's smallest" restaurant, where we offer "fine dining" with room for 10 people. Here we serve the best from Setesdals Vesthei when it comes to game meat and mountain trout. Our hunter supplies us. We have now also built up a regenerative garden where we grow, for example, garlic in its 5th year, various potato varieties, broccolini, cranberries, chokeberries, honeyberries, herbs and more. Our speciality is also various edible flowers. These are grown in our regenerative garden, where no pesticides or anything else "sinful" is added to the soil. We also make lovely and special products from plants that are wild, regarded as weeds, for example Geitrams (rosebay willowherb). From this we make a vinegar, cordial, jams and jellies. The same goes for the wild, banned wild rose. We also make various products from blueberries, lingonberries, cloudberries etc. that are served with and in the food.
