About Tovdal eplehage
Tovdal eplehage grows organic apples in Tovdal near Åmli in inner Agder. We are Norwegian Trond Johansson and Danish Lise Lotte Fogh Johansson. We moved from Århus to Tovdal in 2017. We took over Trond's family farm with a wish to get closer to nature and to show our three children where food comes from. In 2020 we planted the first 300 apple trees, and since then there have been more. Today we produce two types of apple juice from our own apples - the sweeter variety "Discovery" and the more tart and complex variety "Rød aroma".
