About Spilde Gardsdrift
Do drop by our little farm shop. We offer: A rich selection of Spildemost and cider - Everything from sweet and fruity to tart, with and without bubbles. Here you will find jam with different varieties of plum, raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants. In the freezer you will find our popular apple cake made with Bramley apples. We have other local food from good friends: spekemat (cured meats) from George Fredrik - Nyyyt, the world's best cheeses from Tingvoll, Ostegården and Myrdal gård. We bake our own sourdough bread and sourdough cinnamon buns - these can be bought to take home on the baking days. In season we sell fruit, berries and pure fruit juice from our own farm.
