About Øvstabø Gard
Our products are made only from raw materials we grow ourselves. The apples are pressed, the cider is fermented, bottled and packaged on the farm, -all within a radius of 200 metres. We believe this is important in order to have control over the raw materials and to ensure a good end product. Nothing here is left to chance. In 2025 we established Lystig Sider as an additional product to the apple juice we produce. The aim is not to become a mass producer, but to offer apple juice and cider that bring out the good, clean and natural flavours of apples and berries. Everything from our farm, -fresh taste of real Norwegian nature. Our various apple juices have won several prizes at Hanen's (Norwegian rural tourism association) event «Norges beste drikke», with third place overall for Gravenstein in 2024 as the highlight so far.
