Hardanger Saft og Siderfabrikk is a traditional fruit farm with large-scale production of apple juice and cider. The family farm lies on a south-facing slope with the best climatic conditions for fruit growing. Since 2004, apple juice and cider production has been an important part of the work on the farm. The apple varieties Gravenstein, Summerred, Discovery and Aroma are the most important apple varieties we use in production. In 2009 the distillery was ready, and apple brandy was a natural part of the product development. Since then, the development of new products has happened at a rapid pace!
