About Grubbestad Gård
Family-run vineyard on top of the ra (glacial moraine ridge) in Sandefjord with around 6000 vines and 500 haskap bushes. In the old milk room, sparkling wine is produced by the traditional method, with second fermentation in the bottle. The farm shop sells its own wines and haskap products (juice, cordial, mulled wine and jelly) along with cheese, spekemat (cured meats), honey and chocolate from other local producers. The shop is open Thursdays 12–18, otherwise by appointment. The farm also offers tours and wine tastings, and has a meeting room in the converted barn with space for around 40 guests. Named «Årets vinbønder» (Winegrowers of the Year) in 2022.
