About Druehagen AS
Vineyard 12.5 decares have been planted with grapes, of which 6.5 decares were planted in 2023 and 6 decares in 2024. We have 3,700 grape plants and all the grapes are used for winemaking in our new winery and wine cellar. At full production we make about 3,000 bottles of wine, divided between red, rosé, white and sparkling. Cidery There are a total of 14 decares of apples, of which 2 decares were planted in 2023, 6 decares in 2024 and 6 decares in 2025. There are a total of 2,700 apple trees, and the organic apples are the varieties Aroma, Discovery, Bramley's Seedling and Rubinstep. These are pressed in our new cidery and stored in the wine cellar! We also have 800 blackcurrant bushes and 100 redcurrant bushes, so that we can make traditional craft cider with the flavour of redcurrants and blackcurrants. At full production we make about 30,000 bottles of apple cider, divided between classic apple cider, craft cider, craft cider with blackcurrants and craft cider with redcurrants.
