About Meinstad landhandel
In the old timber house from the early 1800s by Telemarksvegen you will find our little country store. Behind the original shop counter and till there now stands a new generation of country storekeepers who bid you a warm welcome! We are proud to be able to offer genuine food made in Norway such as local cheese, fresh organic eggs, freshly roasted coffee, cordial, farm-made ice cream, freshly extracted honey, spekemat (cured meats) from free-range pigs, handmade chocolate, locally milled flour, as well as local traditional crafts and much more. We are open through the summer Wednesday-Sunday 10.00 to 17.00 and at weekends all year round.
