Welcome to the honey hut in Sauland We are proud beekeepers in the heart of Telemark. Our bees gather nectar from wild flower meadows, forests and heather moors – and give us a honey with a unique flavour and character. The honey is not heat-treated above 35 degrees, in order to preserve all the natural enzymes
