Apal Sideri is a family-owned fruit farm set in beautiful surroundings at Sæbø in Ryfylke. Here we have long traditions of fruit growing, and we are passionate about making products with a unique flavour of the region. The local climate gives our apples a very special balance between acidity and sweetness that you notice in every single drop. We are proud of our craft products, such as the well-known varieties Sølvsider, Svans and Bris. For us, everything is about quality and respect for the raw materials. This work has brought us several major awards, including gold at the international Cider World Award in Frankfurt and several medals in the Norwegian cider championship. In our farm shop you can buy fresh produce straight from the farmer. We offer a wide selection of apple juice and other local specialities. This is the place for you if you want genuine flavours and locally sourced products with a good story behind them. If you would like a deeper experience, we invite you to cider tasting and a guided tour of our production premises.
