About Vesterhaugen Gårdsysteri
Vesterhaugen is a small smallholding that has been run organically for almost 30 years. We have a varied livestock holding, with dairy cows, pigs, a horse and hens. All the milk from our 4 dairy cows of the old Norwegian STN breed is processed on the farm. We produce pultost (soft, tangy sour-milk cheese), butter and sour cream. Our aim is to make quality food based on the farm's own resources!
