About Bakken Øvre Gårdsmat
We make pultost (soft, tangy sour-milk cheese), karbonader (beef patties), medisterkaker (pork patties), bacon, cuts of pork and beef and more. Dry-salted spekemat (cured meats) and homemade sylte (brawn) and eggs are other popular products. We also produce a large number of the popular farm burgers. We are also present at a range of mart'n events (traditional fairs) and the like, and if you need catering or a barbecue for a party, wedding or other gatherings, you can get in touch with us.
