About Ommang Søndre Gårdsbutikk
Ommang Søndre Gårdsbutikk is located at Ådalsbruk in Løten and is a biodynamic farm with its own farm shop and cheese dairy. The farm produces a varied selection of locally sourced food, including white cheese and brunost (brown cheese) from cow's and goat's milk, vegetables, potatoes, eggs and grain products. In season, meat from the farm's own animals is also sold, including veal, goat and kid (young goat). The cheeses are made on the farm from unpasteurised milk, and the brunost is boiled traditionally over a wood fire.
