About Sollia Ysteri
Sollia Ysteriet is a small local cheese dairy in Sollia near Rondane that processes goat's milk from farms in the local area. Several types of artisan cheese and other goat's milk products are made here, including white goat's cheese, brunost (brown cheese), cream cheese and kefir.
