About Mogard gardsmat
Mogard Gardsmat is located in the middle of Bismo in Skjåk and makes traditional meat products with ingredients from the local area and their own farm. Among the things produced here are kjøttkaker (Norwegian meat patties), beef patties, cured sausages, black pudding and cured ham, in addition to meat from the farm's own free-range pigs. Towards Christmas, traditional products such as sylte (pressed meat brawn) and rull (rolled cured meat) are also made. The products are made without artificial additives. Mogard also has a cafeteria, accommodation and camping on the farm.
