About Husøy Gård
Husøy Gård is a farm in Folldal Kommune, in the far north-west of Innlandet. The farm lies 700 metres above sea level and our animals graze in Norway's longest seter (summer mountain farm) valley, Einunndalen. We produce beef from suckler cows, deliver milk to Tine SA, meat and wool from sheep and lambs, in addition to small-scale vegetable production. Meat and hides from the farm's animals, and vegetables in season, can be found in our self-service farm shop, open around the clock. In addition, we hire out our seter house, which has an idyllic setting with "Norway's best view" towards the Rondane mountains.
