About Heidrun
Heidrun is a local food producer at Fåset outside Tynset, with its own farm shop where you can buy direct from the producer. Here you will find above all spekemat (cured meats) from kid (young goat) and lamb, including fenalår (cured leg of lamb), pinnekjøtt (salted, dried lamb ribs) and cured sausages. The selection varies through the year, and the shop also has fresh and frozen meat products and goat hides. Heidrun has specialised in processing kid meat and sheep and goats into traditional meat products, and several of the products have won awards at the Norwegian Championships in meat products. The farm shop has no fixed opening hours, so it is a good idea to ring before you make the trip.
