Originally this was a forest property with little arable land. Since 2010 the farm has been under development. It started with piglet production and not least the work of opening up the fields again. Øyvind Fossdal is the farmer and has, together with his wife Britt Elisabeth, developed the farm further in recent years. At Christmas 2020 their own cutting room and farm kitchen were completed. Here several products are made, such as cured ham, burgers, pulled pork, sausages and more. The self-service farm shop is popular and stocks goods from several other local producers. It is open for self-service every day from 9-21 The barn, which dates from 1825, now also houses a meeting room/function room and a cafe/pub. The latter is open every Friday all year round from 17:00, and locally sourced dishes are served here. The vision is to be able to offer high-quality products that have a story. There are outdoor pigs here in the summer, and these are slaughtered for Christmas and become the products sold in the farm shop.
