Bjellandstrand gård is an idyllic place on Tromøya, a 15 minute drive from Arendal in Agder. The farm has a long history stretching back to the 1600s, and has been run by the Ramsvatn family since 1920. In the years up to 2005 there was traditional farming on the farm with the growing of various vegetables, until Unni and Jon Ramsvatn took over and went into farm tourism. The farm also has a beautiful rose garden that is perfect for weddings and receptions. We host many weddings every year and are constantly working to be an attractive place to celebrate the big days in life. From the middle of June to the middle of August it is possible to visit our summer cafe, the visitor garden, and our shop on the open days. It is also possible to book for groups who would like a guided tour of the garden. In addition to the garden, those who fancy enjoying our homemade cakes or lunch can do so in our pleasant cafe with outdoor seating. Do also visit our pleasant and charming garden shop with products especially for the garden and outdoor spaces, but also for the house and cabin. It is free to visit our cafe and shop.
