The farm shop is located at Rødbergsveien 100, is always open and is self-service. In our farm shop you will find goods from many local producers that we are so glad to work with! We supply the beef ourselves. The selection of goods will vary somewhat, but we usually have: - Meat from young bulls (fresh or frozen) from Lindesnes gård - Pinnekjøtt (salted, dried lamb ribs)/fenalår (cured leg of lamb) for Christmas - Eggs - Lefse (soft Norwegian flatbread) and flatbrød (crisp flatbread) - Coffee - Chocolate - Enamel mugs and textiles - Candles - Creams and salves - Cards and gift cards - Cured sausage - Oats - flour -drinks -coffee machine and much more! EVERYTHING in our shop is as local as possible, and at the very least Norwegian goods. That means that with both chocolate and coffee the raw material is naturally not Norwegian, but it is handmade in Norway. About Lindesnes gård We bought the farm in 2009 from Simon's grandparents and have since then built up a new farm building. Today we have room for calves, cows and bulls. Both animals and people should thrive at Lindesnes gård. Here the animals get to graze around the farm and in the outlying land during the summer half of the year. All in all we have about 140 animals, large and small, on the farm. 45 of these are dairy cows. The meat we sell in the farm shop is from our own farm. The meat is from a bull that was born here and looked after by us right to the end. The meat is from animals that have stayed with their mother or a nurse cow for about 6 months. Here they have free access to milk, grass and water, as well as a little concentrate feed of the type Linnea Biff (Norwegian raw materials) before they are kept together in groups of 5-7 of the same age in a shared pen. The bulls whose meat we sell are slaughtered at 16-19 months of age. Our milk is delivered to Tine, but the bulls are sent to Nortura, which is behind Gilde. Gilde products are guaranteed to be made from Norwegian raw materials. And if you shop consciously in the shops, you help to secure good products, good animal health and Norwegian jobs.
